As times change and the world evolves so does the meaning of many words in our language.  Decades ago a masseuse was a person who could do wonders with his hands as he massaged your tension away.  The masseuses might be found at a local massage parlor where businessmen would visit to indulge in the pleasures of a good rub down.  A boxer might get a good rub down by his masseuse before and after his fight because the massage helped his muscles work at optimal efficiency.  As we approach 2010 however, the above terms have gone the way of ‘gay’ when describing your state of happiness.
