Meditation Can Help With Holiday Stress

Here it comes… the season where our stress levels tend to amplify. There is so much to do and there is little time to get it done. From holiday party planning, cooking and gift buying all while looking our best and carrying on with; working, maintaining our homes, our lives, our family and our health. How are we going to get everything done? How did we do it last year? This year let’s try something new. Let’s take a moment once a day (or whenever you need to) and focus on the most important person in your life, YOU.

Martin Boroson, author of One-Moment Meditation: Stillness for People on the Go, suggests the one minute meditation. Meditation can help reduce stress, anger, fear and anxiety, and may spark new ideas. If you have never meditated before, or if you have and it simply did not work, and even if meditation is part of your daily life, one minute of meditation can be beneficial to you. If you’re ready and have a minute, try it now. Read more about the one minute meditation .
