In you are in the Phoenix, Arizona area: Hawaiian Experience Spa in Scottsdale (just outside of Phoenix) offers breast massage at part of a lymphatic drainage massage.  It can also be added on to a regular massage, however, please ask for this when making your appointment as only some therapists are trained in this technique.
